BES Engineering Inc. exploits private construction business

Since 2015, BES Engineering Inc. starts to engage in engineering of private buildings because the government has fewer and fewer budgets for public works. With 60 years of experiences in public works, BES Engineering Inc. has completed the corporate restructuring in 2014 and starts to engage in engineering of private buildings in 2015, hoping to increase the operating income from private works by at least 20%~30% of the total operating income.

Currently, BES Engineering Inc. has two self-built construction projects located at Yuanshan in Shihlin District and 2ed Section, Min Sheng East Road in Taipei City; 60% of the project at Yuanshan has been sold. The handover is expected to be started in the second quarter end of 2015.
