For 40 years since its establishment in October 1974, Core Pacific Group has transformed itself from the textile quota related business to petrochemical, engineering, infrastructure, urban development operations, financial services, entertainment, and culture education and creation industries. During the transformation, the Group has suffered from and experienced desperate situations and impasse, making it able to operate even more outstandingly and sustainably.

Looking to the future and facing changes in operating environment and domestic and overseas markets as well as the opportunity for cross-strait development, I often ask colleagues to fulfill my business philosophy: “Creating the value of being utilized”, actively realize the idea and layout of business administration, and become adventurous in the future and uncertain environment, forming a visionary benchmarking of leadership; business administration is like a ball game, where “players meet stronger competitors in a more difficult event close to the final”. However, if one persist in the idea and break through obstacles, he/she can make progress and develop a new world.

From the perspective of a businessman, I hold the following future operating strategies: consolidation of existing business segments based on the open and active enhancement of capacity, active exploitation of overseas businesses and the market in Mainland China, and achievement of diversification with strategic alliance, hoping to grasp operation initiatives and gain glory.
